We are a registered charity who offers both generalist advice and specialist money advice.
Online enquiries are only accepted from those who live within the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
If you work or study in the Royal Borough, you can telephone us, visit one of our drop in sessions, or find a bureau in your borough by following this link – www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
We have limited resources and so to ensure that our services are distributed as fairly as possible, we actively encourage our users to visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk before seeking advice from us.
This online enquiry service is to assist you in finding the information you need to help you with your problem or where necessary, to provide limited advice. It is not suitable for enquiries where detailed advice is necessary, or where there is an imminent time limit.
All of our services, including the BSL service are confidential, impartial, independent and free to our users.
To further help you, we have put together a Frequently Asked Questions page, where you will find information on the most common subject areas which may help with your problem.
Please ensure that the address and telephone number you provide, is one where it is safe to write/contact you, or leave a message.
Please be advised that, whilst we attempt to keep our advice as secure as possible, full protection cannot be guaranteed. If you are concerned about confidentiality then please contact us by phone or in person.
We aim to reply to online enquiries within ten working days, though it may occasionally take longer dependant on the resources we have available.
